An amazing skyline and beautifultree-lined avenues make the city positively picturesque. We have the perfect selection of places to stay, whether you want to be in the center of the action in an uptown Charlotte hotel or tucked away in a serene getaway. From the check-in to check-out we had a very good stay. The room was clean, bathroom was handicap accessible, and clean. I loved that there were bags of ice in the hallway so that I didn't have to walk around looking for an ice machine.

Everyone we encountered from the Hilton team was friendly and helpful. We were especially impressed with a pair of folks who made us feel good about our decision to stay at the Hilton. These were the woman that helped us get checked in and the valet who parked our car. We encountered these two again during our stay and were greeted very warmly, these two are great ambassadors for both Hilton and the city of Charlotte.
